Marianne completed medical school at the University of Montreal before moving to Quebec City for residency, starting with Internal medicine for three years and completing her training in Respirology.

During residency, she also completed a graduate certificate in simulation-based medical education and health care pedagogy. Never one to back down from a challenge, she is proud to join new colleagues at UBC to pursue further training in Critical Care.

She is passionate about respiratory physiology, mechanical ventilation, extracorporeal life support and has an interest in severe asthma and pleural disease.

Aside from medicine she is a coffee enthusiast and love cycling and swimming
