Dr. Lee Sterling

Lee Sterling was born and raised in Montreal.  After attending medical school at McGill University, he went on to train in Internal Medicine at the University of Toronto and then completed Cardiology training at the Ottawa Heart Institute in 2024. He’s since escaped Ontario and is pursuing further critical care training at UBC.

Professionally, Lee has particular interests in long term outcomes in cardiogenic shock, quality of life in ICU survivors, and mechanical circulatory support.

Outside of work, Lee enjoys biking, cooking, music, and spending time with his partner Shannon and their ever growing collection of plants.
