Fellow

Kristen was born and raised in Ottawa and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario. She moved to Vancouver to pursue medicine with her partner Travis, and after falling in love with the west coast opted to stay for both a residency in Anesthesiology and critical care fellowship at UBC. She hopes to pursue a career combining her interests in critical care and cardiac anesthesia, echocardiography and medical education while continuing to remain active in the simulation program. During her time off she enjoys hiking, skiing, playing volleyball and a good bottle of wine with friends and family.
