Dr. Shuster is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Medicine at UBC, within the Division of Critical Care Medicine. He works in the ICU at the Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH), and also attends on CTU at RCH. He completed medical school at the University of Toronto in 2014. He moved to Vancouver to complete his Internal Medicine training (2018) and Critical Care Medicine training (2021) at UBC. He also completed a Masters of Data Science at UBC in 2019. His interests include analysis of epidemiologic and physiologic data of critically ill patients, quality improvement and ECMO
